Membership Terms of Service

By joining She Shops Cincy and enrolling in a free or paid membership, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all members and govern how memberships, payments, cancellations, and refunds work through our Wix website using the Wix Memberships and Wix Payments services.
She Shops Cincy offers three membership tiers. The Core membership is free and provides community access and the ability to connect with other local women entrepreneurs. The Growth membership is $29 per month and includes a business listing in the She Shops Cincy directory, a community badge to embed on your website, and regular featured content placements as available. The Premier membership is $99 per month and includes everything in Growth, plus a top-tier directory listing, homepage rotation placement, inclusion in seasonal gift guides, and additional premium visibility opportunities. Membership features may evolve as the community grows.
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Wix Payments. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. You are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method. All payments are processed securely by Wix, and She Shops Cincy does not store or directly handle your payment information.
You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your Wix member account and this website's site login. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will continue to have access to paid membership features until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds or credits are provided for cancellations.
All membership payments are non-refundable. Because membership benefits include immediate access to listings, visibility, and digital placements, we do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, downgrades, or lack of participation. If you experience a technical issue related to Wix services, you may contact us for assistance, but this does not guarantee a refund.
She Shops Cincy reserves the right to update pricing, modify membership features, or add or remove offerings as the platform evolves. Any material changes will be communicated via email or through the member dashboard.
Members agree to engage respectfully within the community, provide accurate business information for listings, and avoid spam, harassment, or misleading promotions. She Shops Cincy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership that violates these standards without refund.
The She Shops Cincy website operates on the Wix platform using Wix Memberships, Wix Pricing Plans, and Wix Payments. Platform availability, uptime, and functionality are subject to Wix’s systems and policies. She Shops Cincy is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the platform.
Memberships are intended to support visibility, connection, and community growth. Results, including traffic, engagement, or sales, are not guaranteed and depend on individual participation and clarity.
